About this apartment rental
Apartment ideally located in the city center, 200m from the beach.
On the third floor, with elevator, a quiet building it consists of a living room with a new sofa (140x190 bed) with a balcony, a bedroom with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a dressing room.
Linen provided (sheets and towels) Free Internet, cot on request, beach equipment provided (umbrellas, mats, children's games)
Very bright, windows (double glazing) with open mountain views. The street parking is not paid (possibility to rent an extra in parking).
You will have all the amenities in the neighborhood: supermarket opposite, restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops. For your children, squares are nearby as well as a recreational park (Koaland)
Enjoy the good life Mentonnaise, casino, gardens, on the eve of town, typical Provençal market, the old harbor, the pedestrian street, walks on the promenade of the sun.
The SNCF railway station at 200m and bus (stop opposite) allow you to easily get to Italy, Monaco and all the sights of the region.
The micro climate allows you to enjoy the mild throughout the year.

We stayed for 6 weeks and it was very comfortable for us. I loved opening the kitchen window and seeing the birds flying around. There was a wonderful breeze that would go through the unit as well when the balcony door & windows were opened . The unit was equipped with everything we needed - appliances, dishes, cleaning products, etc. The Location was awesome- so close to the grocery store, train station, city center and ocean. We walked everywhere or took the train.The owners addressed all minor issues we had immediately. They were extremely responsive. My only comment is that we had a heat wave while we were there and the AC required the door to be kept open for the exhaust.

Beautiful views from the balcony, every amenity you could possibly think of. Right beside cartefour, beach a 2 min walk, Mikeal kindly provided parking for our entire stay for a decent fee. I was sad to leave menton and the cote d'azur, but will deffo be back ♥️🇫🇷💙

Mikael war sehr flexibel, freundlich und unkompliziert.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und hat alles, was man braucht. Leider ist die Straße, zu der der Balkon geht, ziemlich stark befahren, aber ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
