The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable as was the whole hotel, which was nicely decorated and well laid out. Dinner in the restaurant was well presented and tasty.

THIS IS OUR 2ND TIME STAYING at the crowne plaza T4. I dont think i will want to stay there again unless i don't have a choice. The room isn't properly maintained for a big hotel like crowne plaza. the bathroom had limescale marks which showed poor cleaning, the wash sink in d bathroom was leaking. the room didn't smell fresh. Breakfast was poor, very little options and tasteless. housekeeping was poor , they could not was d used tea cups, the pillows were worn out. The quality of staff especially for house keeping needs to be changed. Location was great, had very good access and proximity to Heathrow T4.
the beds and bedsheets, pillows, breakfast menu, quality of breakfast. Quality of the room. Hygiene of the bathroom, bedroom. Housekeeping. For a world class brand like crowne plaza, i expected a superb experience. I could as well just paid for Holiday inn since they were in d same building.
