From the outside this hotel is stunning, the location is perfect, the entry and lobby are very grand, very expensive looking and at first glance well kept. On entry to our room the radio which was on which was a lovely touch, the bathroom had heated flooring (a welcomed addition in this weather!) and the room, albeit a touch on the small side, seemed modern and well-kept. Throughout the weekend, the shower attachment was faulty meaning water was spraying and leaking out the fixing, so much so the wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom ceiling, and a bubble of moisture had formed, this then proceeded to drip throughout the nights. The air conditioning had a mind of its own, switching from cold to hot on its own accord but the bigger issue was the condensation problem. The floor was soaking along the walls and especially under the window, as in wet to stand, if we had left luggage or items there it would’ve been ruined. I feel like the hotel had been done up really well but almost needs an eye cast over the rooms to ensure they are still up to standard.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Room was small but for a night or 2 it’s fine. Has everything you need and spotlessly clean. Would stay again

Great little hotel on the edge of Richmond town centre. High quality fit out, decent beds, smart well kept appearance, on site parking and just a short walk from the station, shops, restaurants etc. Not many quality hotels in Richmond but this one is definitely a very good option for business travellers.
