Location,14th floor bar..a main reason to return ..staff ,food ,ambiance all great
Would love to have access to a pool... So good for relaxation before or after a long journey sort of missing in this Hilton. A better outlook from the restaurant and bar on the lower floors even if it's inward focused.

The location for the airport was amazing. The room was clean and the pillows were the softest I have ever slept on. The staff were friendly but not going over the top to try and get you to say just how friendly they were i have stayed in other london hotels where i have been asked to say there name and recomend them for there wonderfulness.
Nothing could have been better our checout on wednsday morning was quick and simple
