About this villa rental
Two floors villa with 150 square meters per floor with a total of 300 square meters.
- First floor: equipped kitchen, veranda on the garden, living room with fireplace and television, office, bathroom.
- Second floor: a master bedroom with Jacuzzi and 8 window offering view on the park city and city , a single room and two double rooms with a bathroom, shower and sauna.The furniture is recently renewed and is a misture of modern and old art style full of sculptures and old paintings. Any room has air conditioning and WIFI, each one bright, sunny and very silent with view on the park.
The large dining room is enriched with works of art and a large fireplace.
Outside there is a garden with a panoramic view, a gazebo with a dining table and sofa to relax outside and there is the possibility of making a barbecue Weber. A large park of 15000 square meters surrounds the property, there is a children's playground and a 17-meter swimming pool with salt water.
Around the pool there is a solarium with 8 modern deckchairs. A gazebo is in front of the pool. A shower is outside near the pool and another bathroom with shower is near the pool. The garden is embellished with a collection of modern art sculptures so any corner is to discover and enjoy! Every year we plant a vegetable garden so during the summer season you can find amazing fresh vegetable! This paradise in the countryside is located just 10 minutes away from the historical city centre. In a protected area of the park we have one donkey and some sheeps and the children often come to feed them and they enjoy very much of this experience.
The area is prestigious, very quiet and well served by the public transportation system. Good restaurants are within walking distance. There is one wine producer with its own restaurant producing red Valpolicella wine is just "at the corner". The grocery stores are located within a couple of minutes by car from the house. Possibility of cycling on bike paths outside the home and to enjoy simple walks in the bush.

After a bad experience at a hotel in another town, we did some last minute searching for a rental property near or in Verona. We hoped we could find something halfway decent, being that we wanted to cancel our existing 2-night stay that we had reserved a year ago, but it was literally for the very next day, so our hopes were limited. WOW, were we pleasantly surprised. Nicoletta was a joy of a host, and made sure we had all the comforts we could possibly want or need. The house itself was too good to be true for being available at the last minute. Gorgeous house and immaculate yard, with beautiful, fragrant plants in the large gardens, and the ART! My oh my, there is so much art in and out of the house. I believe Nicoletta and perhaps her husband made a lot of it themselves, which added a very personal touch to the home. This is a very special place, and I highly recommend anyone staying in this area with a car to reserve this now!

We were a group of 4 couples and stayed with Nicoletta for 4 nights. Our experience was amazing. Nicoletta is an artist, so the home and property have beautiful and unique sculptures everywhere. The bedrooms and bathrooms easily accommodated our group. Nicoletta was extremely helpful with advice and assistance in many ways including taxis, restaurants, and special services such as arranging a jewelry making experience for my wife. We did the thermal baths in Sirmione, the Pra winery in Soave and a guided tour in beautiful Verona. All exceptional! A in every way. Go; you will not be disappointed!!!

Beschreibung trifft nicht zu. Keine Sauna, keine Lebensmittelgeschäft in zwei Minuten entfernt, Blick über die Stadt hat man auch nicht. Deweiteren mussten wir erst die Dusche und die Badewanne säubern, bevor wir sie nutzen konnten. Spinnweben im ganzen Haus. Überall teure Kunstwerke, so dass man Sehr vorsichtig sein musste. Pool musste wir die ersten beiden Tagen selber von Blättern befreien. Nach 2 Tagen haben sich erst die Vermieter gemeldet, bis dato war es nicht möglich den Backofen zu bedienen und das Duschwasser war für alle nicht ausreichend. Dies wurde vom Vermieter gleich behoben. Positiv ist die Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter zu erwähnen. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und in einer tollen Lage. Wenn man nicht so auf perfekte Sauberkeit und nicht Anspruch auf deutschen Standard hat, kann man hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.
