Palazzo Ristori in the heart of Verona is a hidden gem. We rented two apartments for our family and they were perfect! The apartments were stylish, clean and very comfortable. The Palazzo is located in a quiet square across from the Teatro Ristori and is a less than 10 minute walk to the Arena di Verona in the historic center. What made the stay even more memorable was the mistress of the house Elena Ristori, who greeted us and made sure that we had settled in. She took care to see that our needs were met and greeted us each time we met with smiles and good humor. We will always remember her for saving our holiday by personally delivering our passports to our next destination in Vicenza after we had foolishly left them behind. Thank you Elena we can't wait to return to Verona and stay at the Palazzo once more!

Excellent host and a beautiful apartment just 5 mins walk from the main centre of the town. The complimentary wine tasting was a lovely added bonus and the lift back to the airport was very kind.
We couldn’t fault anything.
