The staff were very nice, attentive, and helpful, especially Alessia :) we felt truly welcomed from the start, so our vacation began on a great note. The room was spacious and well designed, and you could really feel the thought behind everything in the room, especially the attention to small details, which we really appreciated. The location is super, the hotel is clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and will recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location was quite central , the building just renovated with high standards , the suite was very spacious and comfortable with a quite comfortable bathroom and excellent shower . All the rooms including the bathroom had windows and in the bedroom there was a lovely balcony facing a quiet street. Soundproofing was perfectly done therefore sleeping was high quality . Complimentary bottles in the fridge are available every day and that includes water , juices and beers , all of them strictly Italian products .
The staff is outstanding and always ready to help and resolve any needs the traveller could face .

Away from not liking it , the operating lighting system is a little bit challenging since there are many points around the suite where to turn on and off the different spotlights . Once you figured it out them, you can create a perfect atmosphere at night .

Everything about this place is fantastic!
Just the shower door needs maintenance. It’s got holes along edges so water leaks out while showering wetting bathroom floor all over.
