It is located in a nice neighborhood. The shops (Lidl & Albert Hein) and the park are very close.

The room wasn’t clean. It had a smelly carpet (I suggest you bring flip flops to use inside) and a stained celiling. The mini fridge did not cool much. The bathtub leaked. The sheets were a bit smelly as well. Internet on the door did not work, so ask them to provide you with password of another available wifi.
