About this house rental
Welcome to our home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Your private space is the entire top floor, where you’ll have your own bedroom, bathroom, and a sunny terrace — the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Amsterdam.
While your floor is private, the kitchen, living room, and dining area are shared with us and other residents. You are very welcome to use these spaces to cook meals, enjoy a coffee, or unwind in good company.
The house is just a five-minute walk from a shopping center with groceries and all the essentials. Getting into the city is easy: the bus stop is right across the street, taking you to the center in about 20 minutes, or you can cycle there in around 15 minutes. Amsterdam Noord and the vibrant NDSM wharf, with its restaurants and bars, are also just a short walk away.

Max was an awesome host! He let us check in early which was much appreciated and was a great help with local transportation. Room and bathroom were immaculate, comfortable. They are located in a great place with easy access to the city however due to lots of construction and bus lines being shut down we had to navigate a different way but it all worked out. Great stay.

Host was super friendly as was his brother who was handling the hosting on site. He was easy-going and willing to help in any way The twin beds put together were comfortable and duvets were outstanding. We were challenged by the washer/dryer but appreciated being able to use them and got help, and challenged in the kitchen with finding things, finding room in the fridge, and figuring out the appliances. Once we figured out the transit system, it was easy to use with a bus-stop literally a couple of minutes away. It took us about 45 minutes to get, door to door, to and from the major museums. It wasn't practical to come back to make dinner for ourselves and then go out again.All in all, it was a good experience.

Very nice stay in Amsterdam. Chared house with very private bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Our host was welcoming and kind. From the house, it was easy to get in town with the bus stop beeing in front of the house. Grocery store close by. Thank you again for everything !
