About this house rental
Charming, comfortable cottage nestled in the heart of a wooded and fenced park (16 hectares).
A few kilometers from the beaches, the house is surrounded by nature, in a quiet and shaded environment.
With a pretty covered terrace very well equipped (chairs, table, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue) to enjoy your meals in the open air and relax.
Decoration in Tuscan style: fireplace, terracotta shades, exposed ceiling beams on the outside, tiled roof.
Modern and neat internal layout, quality services (very comfortable mattress, washing machine, dishwasher, internet).
In front of the house, you have a large covered terrace (about 25m2) with table, barbecue and garden furniture.
The house is attached to the owners' house, who are charming, discreet and welcoming people, however the entrance to the house and the terrace are not directly opposite the owners.
A few animals (dogs, cats, chickens) live on the property and in perfect harmony with the people.
Children are welcome and will find here the ideal place to play in complete freedom: ping-pong table, swing, plenty of room to run, the small domestic zoo to visit.
The garden is well flowered, with green plants, fruit trees, colorful flowers.
Ideally located: 10 minutes drive from the beaches and close to the major Tuscan art towns.
7 km from Marina di Cecina beach (north), 10 km from Marina di Bibbona beach (south), 36 km from Volterra, 60 km from Pisa, 60 km from San Gimignano, 116 km from Florence, 60 km from His.
You can also reach the center of Rome in just 3 hours by train from Cecina station (direct train).

We only accept reservations from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside the high season (July / August) we accept stays shorter than 7 days or outside of Saturday as the day of arrival and departure.

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Ferienhäuschen. Durch die ruhige und schattige Lage und der tollen, großen, überdachten Terrasse, bietet das Häuschen alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen und erholen benötigt. Kinder haben viel zu entdecken und genügend Möglichkeiten zum Spielen.
Selten habe ich ein so gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Ferienhäuschen gesehen.
Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden und können dieses Feriendomizil wärmstens empfehlen!

Soggiorno fantastico in una realtà...fuori dalla realtà. Silenzio, tranquillità e il canto degli uccelli hanno accompagnato le nostre vacanze all’interno della tenuta.Porteremo nel cuore PIta e Pato con la speranza di rivederci presto.

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour à trois en compagnie des animaux de la propriété. Nous avons alterné entre les visites des villes historiques assez proches pour être visitées dans la journée (Lucca, Sienne, Pise, etc...) et une petite plage familiale surveillée sur Cecina. L'attitude des italiens par rapport aux normes covid est très sérieuse. La propriété offre une température plus douce grâce aux arbres et un calme rythmé par les animaux. L'usage d'un véhicule électrique est possible en Italie. Un grand merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions ainsi que les échanges que nous avons eu.

Assieme ad amici, abbiamo appena trascorso una piacevolissima settimana in un piccolo appartamento dalle grandi qualità. La casa è molto carina, ordinata e comoda e completamente immersera nel verde del bosco che la circonda. I proprietari si sono dimostrati gentili, simpatici e diponibili.
Un'esperienza da ripetere e che consiglio a tutti!
