Three-room apartment 4 beds - Sea View
The apartment consists of an entrance via a sea view terrace that leads to a double bedroom on the left, along the corridor you arrive at a large living room with a kitchen with gas burners and we find a second double bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower.

- 80 meters from the Forno beach, quiet area
Important notes:
- groups of children under 23 years of age are not allowed
- pets are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid

The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our agency located in Portoferraio.
