The stay in Marciana Marina was close to perfect and the apartment has everything you need. It was clean an cosy. The view from the rooftop balcony is incredible. Unfortunately the internet did not work for the last two days. The only thing that was not ideal is the parking situation. There is no parking belonging to the apartment. A small free parking is close by +/- 100m. As it is the only free parking in whole Marciana Marina and the spaces are very limited. If you want to use your car until the evening you won't get a free parking space when you come back and you will need to pay.

Alles prima. Schöne Dachterasse mit sehr schönem Blick auf die Bucht. Einziges Problem mit Wasserausfall wurde trotz Sonntag schnell gelöst. Lage war für uns sehr gut. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen.

Ich möchte meine Bewertung in 2 Teilen abgeben. Teil 1 betrifft die Wohnung und die Lage. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten viel Platz in dieser gut ausgestatteten und hübsch eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Lage hervorragend direkt am Meer und in dem hübschen Marciana Marina, wo es viele Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt und man sich wunderbar erholen kann.
Für dies alles die volle Punktzahl 5 Sterne!
Womit wir leider nicht zufrieden waren, betrifft den Punkt "Betreuung der Gäste".
Bereits im Vorfeld lagen mir eine Woche vor Abreise keine Informationen zur Anreise (Kann man das Gepäck vor dem Haus ausladen, wie ist die Übergabe , wo kann man parken) vor. Auf Nachfrage wurde ich an eine Verwalterin verwiesen, die zum einen auf meine WhatsApp zunächst nicht reagierte und auch kein Wort Englisch sprach. Nach 3 Tagen kontaktierte ich wieder die Vermieterin, woraufhin ich eine Rückmeldung erhielt.
Bei der Ankunft war die Verwalterin pünktlich zur Stelle und übergab uns die Schlüssel, weitere Infos erhielten wir aber nicht, was zur Folge hatte, dass unser Herd, als wir das Abendessen vorbereitet hatten, nicht ansprang. Wir suchten dann die Wohnung nach einer möglichen Gasflasche ab und fanden diese schließlich auch und öffneten den Gashahn und es funktionierte... aber am Abend war die Wohnung von starkem Gasgeruch durchdrungen und die Geschirrspülmaschine funktionierte auch nicht. Ein Techniker konnte die Maschine angeblich nicht reparieren und wir hörten den ganzen Urlaub nichts mehr , weder wegen des Gases noch wegen der defekten Geschirrspülmaschine die für uns ein wichtiges Kriterium bei der Auswahl der Ferienwohnung ist, da wir sehr viel kochen. Es meldete sich keiner mehr bei uns und am Abreisetag fuhren wir ab und ließen die Schlüssel auf dem Tisch liegen, ohne nochmal irgendeinen Kontakt gehabt zu haben.
Wir hätten uns zumindest ein Merkblatt mit allen wichtigen Infos auch zum WLAN- Passwort gewünscht. So haben wir das noch nie erlebt. Daher leider hierfür nur den 1 Stern. Sehr schade, da uns die Wohnung an sich sehr gut gefallen hat.
