The Fenicottero Rosa apartment, completely renovated, has an exclusive 60sqm sundeck overlooking the river, equipped with sun loungers. It is composed of a bedroom with double or double bed, a bathroom, a large living room with sofa bed and kitchen. In the apartment you will find all the best comforts for your stay such as 20 Mbit wireless connection, air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, conventional oven and microwave, hairdryer, washing machine, crib and high chair, box for bicycles, check-in H24 with alphanumeric keyboard at the entrance.

Don't do as I did and delay reading her emails which contain lots of relevant and useful information.
The apartment is exactly as described and shown. Very clean.
Everything works, the air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher. The shower is small but we managed.
We chose a large bed made up from the two single beds.
The terrace is vast and gets the sun all day. We bought sun towels in the local chinese supermarket, 5 euros each.
Watch for mosquitos outdoors in the evening. There are meshes on all windows and the terrace door.
There are 71 steps up to the apartment. It is very secure.
It is quiet at night.
Free parking is available behind, except around the weekly market, where alternatives are nearby.
Codigoro is a quiet town. Limited food options in town but the two restaurants close by provide excellent local food or fish.
A couple of Pizzarias, another wine bar and a lady in Via Zara? sells home made Italian dishesyou can heat up at the apartment.
There are two good supermarkets.
The area is popular with birdwatchers but the stand out visit for us was the city of Ravenna. Characterful streets, plenty of food choices and the fantastic mosaics within eight World Heritage Sites from the 5th century. The coastal resorts are easily accessible.
