About this house rental
In the UNESCO Euganean Hills Biosphere Reserve of Padua, this beautiful holiday home from the late 19th century is surrounded by olive trees and woods, in a favourable location for visiting some of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Arquà Petrarca and Este, as well as numerous Venetian villas.
Thermal baths, cycle paths and golf courses also await you nearby. Enjoy the privacy of the beautiful garden full of flowers and aromatic herbs. A small swimming pool (1.30 x 1.30; height 30 cm) is available for children. The garden is protected by an electric fence to keep wild animals away from the house.
The accommodation is spread over two floors, which are connected by a steep wooden staircase.
You can practise various sports such as mountain biking, Nordic walking, hiking, climbing in Rocca Pendice (12 km) and paragliding from Monte Madonna. For divers, the Y-40 swimming pool, the deepest in the world with thermal water, is 15 km away.
The thermal baths of Abano and Montegrotto Terme with treatments and thermal pools are 15 km away. Within an hour's drive you can reach the beaches of the Adriatic coast or Lake Garda with its theme parks. The strategic position, located in the centre of Veneto, allows you to quickly reach the main cities of art: Venice (70 km), Padua (30 km), Vicenza (45 km), Treviso (60 km), Verona (85 km), and medieval villages such as Arquà Petrarca (10 km) and over 500 Venetian villas and abbeys that dot the area. Not forgetting the wide eno-gastronomic offer at the many fairs and events in the area.

Das Anwesen liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend, ein kleiner Supermarkt gleich vor der Tür. Tolle Möglichkeiten zum Rennradfahren und Wandern.
Das Haus ist in einem guten Algemeinzustand, die Inneneinrichtung ist okay, jedoch hat man das Gefühl, dass viel Gegenstände beim Eigentümer über waren!Die Küchenutensilien waren nicht mehr gut zu gebrauchen. Wir waren im Oktober da, und hatten ein großes Problem mit Käfern, die das Haus förmlich überfallen haben! Das war sehr unangenehm, ein Insektenschutz wäre angebracht.
