The owners/staff were very prompt in their communication and the location of the place is just great - 5 mins from St. Marks Square and Rialto bridge and the high street. The best was the balcony view we had of the gondolas and the canal down below.
Our room was on the third floor, would have appreciated a lift in the building.

Excellent location , staff and Clean unit. Very homey for the family. Seeing the gondola with the gondolier in the canal In the morning is such a Delight.
The 3 flight of stairs, dining table wiggly.

Lorena responded to our questions concerning arrival and departure to airport promptly and tried to explain lights in unit.
Was disappointed Lorena did not meet us but sent someone else. Pulled a few expresso cups from cupboard for use and were filthy, pushed button for larger quantity on coffee machine and barely filled halfway, had cold showers which prevented some to not be able to shower at night. lights were not explained until we inquired & do not operate efficiently, constantly had to try to figure out; asked for more than 1 key since we had multiple adults and told only one key, some lights in unit did not work. Information in unit concerning local restaurants not helpful. Common area had one couch & dining room with chandelier that did not work. 1 TV in bedroom no remote.
