The rooms were very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fitted well with dishes, glassware, flatware, simple cooking components. Excellent espresso machine helped start the day. The location was perfect for us. We could walk almost everywhere easily or take the nearby water bus. The best was the kindness, comfort and welcome shared, from the first conversation to the last, with Cristina ( and Elena). She was so amazing. All her thoughtfulness and insights made my grandchildren’s first visit to Venice magical.

From our first enquiry to the last, our hosts Christina and Elia were fantastic. The apartment was clean spacious and had everything we needed and the location really couldn’t have been any better. Elia met us at the boat and walked us to the accommodation, made sure we knew where things were and sent us through some, food and sightseeing recommendations.. we can highly recommend this place.
