Spacious house in Sauzet 300 m² secluded quiet with 5x12 meter pool near a watercourse. Large garden, 2 terraces. Many walks to do on foot or bike. House equipped with a game room, wireless internet, TV, table tennis. Parking for 5 cars. Seven kilometers from Montelimar. Golf just minutes away, close to Marsanne and Dieulefit, Grignan 1/2 hour to 1 hour from Avignon.
