About this villa rental
Just 10 minutes from Uzès, this magnificent single-storey 220 m² villa, full of charm, welcomes you in a peaceful countryside setting.
You will enjoy maximum comfort thanks to its five large master suites (approximately 30 m² each) with private bathrooms, all opening onto the 130 m² covered terrace. Two of the suites offer extra privacy, as they are set apart from the main living area. The covered outdoor terrace and the home’s cork insulation provide excellent thermal comfort, enhanced by air conditioning in one bedroom and underfloor cooling throughout the house in case of extreme heat.
You will also enjoy a large 11 x 5 metre swimming pool, a jacuzzi, an outdoor fitness area (weight-training equipment, stepper, punching bag), and children’s games and play equipment (swing set, ping-pong table).
For gourmet meals, you will have access to a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a range cooker, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a plancha grill and a barbecue.
The terrace and garden offer uninterrupted views over the Uzège countryside.
The house is ideally located in a charming and lively village, just 10 minutes from the Duchy of Uzès and its famous Place aux Herbes, 20 minutes from the Pont du Gard, 20 minutes from the Sautadet waterfalls and the Salamander caves. The Camargue coast is just 1 hour away. For cultural visits, do not miss the Palais des Papes in Avignon, the Maison Carrée in Nîmes, or the Arles Arena.
