We’ve had a nice stay. The house is situated in a beautiful location. Green surroundings, but jet only 5 minutes from the center of Aubenas. Though the start of our stay could have been better:At VRBO check in time said 16.00 o’clock, but a day before arrival the concierge told us it was 17.00 o’clock.Also at VRBO it said the house would have 7 bedrooms for 17 people, but in reality it had 6 bedrooms for 13 people plus a toddler bed. We were with 14 people and no toddler, so in fact we were a bed short, although we could sleep a 7 year old in the toddler bed. While there was a bedroom missing, a 13 year old had to sleep together with a 83 year old in the same bedroom. When we mentioned this, they opened a studio in a seperated part of the house the next day. Also the garden was a bit neglected; the grass had not been mowed and a bench was broken, so one of us almost fell.But other than that, our stay was comfortable. The beds and bedrooms were very good, as well as the bathrooms. The pool was lovely. The house was very complete, with towels and kitchenbelongings, as well as little things as soap and herbs. The kitchen was very nice and new. Also the bbq was great. There was a lot to do for everyone, especially for the kids, with games like smite, petanque, badminton, table tennis and swings.We’ve had a really good time with our family in a house with a good vibe.

Véranda très très agréable lorsque le temps est incertain
Coin Repas extérieur sous Pergola spacieux et très agréable lorsque le temps s'y prête, Plancha parfaite
Cuisine légèrement sous-dimensionnée mais très bien équipée, Buanderie parfaite
2 Réfrigérateurs + 1 Réfrigérateur+Congélateur parfaits
6 Chambres très spacieuses, confortables et agréables
2 (+1) Salles de Bains très bien équipées
Jardin superbe, vaste et très bien entretenu
Piscine parfaite pour jeunes Enfants avec Parents, abords très bien aménagés
Pelouses + Boulodrome + Table ping-pong très appréciables
Propriétaires habitant à proximité, très sympathiques et très réactifs en cas de souci
4 "bémols" aisément solubles :
Chauffe-Eau électrique 200 litres sous-dimensionné, Ok si non assujetti aux heures creuses
Vidange eaux usées SdB étage mal conçue sans ventilation
Contrôle Eau Piscine un peu approximatif
Manque Râtelier à Clés ...

Un point de chute idéal pour nos vacances entre amis! Très bon accueil d'Izabela et de son mari, qui ont su se rendre disponibles au cours du séjour en cas de besoin.
Maison bien équipée, beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, petits et grands ont adoré!

Izabela et son époux ont été absolument très accueillants et accommodants. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter les environs. Elle est très agréable à vivre : toute équipée et avec de nombreuses activités (pétanque, tennis de table, piscine, volley etc).
Petit bémol : les voisins ne supportent pas le bruit...
