De ligging van het appartement was erg fijn. 10/15 minuten lopen naar het centrum/ Riva. Het appartement bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping (er is geen lift) voor ons was dit geen probleem! Het is een zelf check in/out!
Wij verbleven 3 nachten, er hing een enorme sterke niet frisse geur bij binnenkomst. Pas na 3 dagen luchten werd het minder.
In de badkamer hadden we last van kleine mieren.

It was very clean and has all what you could need. New and nice decorating
The location was not great. The building has just stairs. The lock was not working properly, to get in was really difficult. The air-conditioning is in the kitchen and the room to sleep was too hot. Also the tv is in the kitchen. The view from the windows are not nice.

The apartment was quite spacious and there was a lot of natural light. It had every basic equipment that you would possibly need like kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, etc. It was modern and nicely decorated. The location was ok as it was 15 minutes walk from the old town, very close to a couple of supermarkets and away from the hustle and bustle. The host was very friendly and helpful and the communication was very easy.
The lower score is based on mainly very bad smell in the bathroom, quite limited parking options and the air con being located in the living room only, not in the bedroom.
Since the beginning there was a really strong and bad smell coming from the shower drain in the bathroom. It made it very unpleasant to take a shower, brush teeth etc. as it was very strong and constant. There was some air freshener but it didn’t help neutralise the smell at all. It is probably an issue is the whole building but it was really unpleasant. Parking is free on the back streets but very hard to find a spot. Especially if you come in the evening when everyone is coming back from work. And the AC being in the living room made it difficult to cool down the bedroom and it felt a bit hot in there in mid of July. So based on the price we paid I don’t think the apartment is a good value for money.
