The apartment is located in a very quiet and residential area, surrounded by greenery and only 100 m from the beach. Located in the ground floor, is available to a large garden with a covered yard garden furniture and barbecue and secured covered parking. The apartment is ideal for individual guests and families. It has a spacious bedroom with double bed and a TV-set and the second bedroom with two single beds, a new and fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom equipped with washing machine, a dining room and spacious hallway. An ideal place for vacation.

The apartment was nice and as described. It is away from town but very close to the beach. It is an easy walk to old town. We felt very safe and comfortable. We love Split! Thank you for letting us stay here. We will be back!

We loved it! I was in Split for a competition and I brought my 2 year old son and my mother in law. The garden was perfect for us all to relax and spend time together! We loved sitting at the table overlooking the garden for our meals. It was also so nice to have a washer machine to wash our clothes! My mother in law would walk every day to the beach because it was so close! Darvor was such a great host and so kind! If we come back we will stay here again!! Great quiet neighborhood!

Located just outside the marina of Split, easy to get there by bus (8 min), quiet location. Near the Plaja Kastelet, a very nice beach where you can sun bade and swim, in the clear blue water, or you can take a sea trail, next to the water to a nice restaurant/café …

We loved the proximity to the beach and the backyard was a nice little treat, although would love to see it cleaned a bit better (for example someone's discarded contact lens was on the nightstand..)
