Die Lage war perfekt, alles Fußläufig zu erreichen, super mit Hund. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und war immer für uns da. Alles sehr sauber

Estaba muy bien ubicado, cerquita de la playa. Además, el señor del alojamiento estuvo muy atento en todo momento y nos explicó todo.

La lavadora estaba ropa y no pudimos sacar nuestra ropa.

Приятный, дружелюбный хозяин! Встретил, рассказал, показал) все в пешей доступности! Чисто, аккуратно, ничего лишнего! Хотите готовить сами-все для этого есть! Нет-куча ресторанов и кафе в пяти минутах ходьбы! Если на машине-своя парковка( удобная и просторная)Однозначно лайк и рекомендация!

Единственное, что напрягло-стройка на объекте. Но это визуально. Так, особо не мешали строители.

The location is great with the beach only 10min away on foot. The city center was a bit farther (20min), Marjan forest-park with pretty views and comfy benches in the shades of huge trees was also very close, but beware, you need to climb 300 steps to get to the first viewpoint. The apartment was small but it was enough for two people. The washing machine was a great help, the drying rack was available outside, the kitchen was equipped so we were able to make a quick lunch now and then. The host was friendly and accomodating, we received a complimentary plate of fresh figs from the garden and bottled water. He gave us tips on what to see in the city. All round a good experience.

What could be improved upon is cleanliness of the place. It was not dirty by any means but it wasn't 100 % clean either, the floors felt a bit sticky, there was dust in the closet and a stain on the bedsheet. Also, when we booked, the description said there is a patio and a garden and while technically they're there it's not what one imagines. There is no place outside to sit, have a drink or enjoy a home-cooked dinner. The apartment is in the basement, which was something I didn't expect but because of it, it was not as hot inside so I guess it's a plus. Despite these few minus points for me, the stay was enjoyable and worth it.
