About this apartment rental
Located in a secure residential estate close to all amenities including shops, restaurants, bars, water sports, hiking and cultural premises. The studio has been totally renovated (tastefully decorated): large bright main room facing the sea as if you were touching. A balcony with terrace (sun loungers, table, chairs) for dining and lounging facing the Glenan islands. It has all the amenities to spend an unforgettable and agréable stay. INTERNET, WIFI.

A very nice and practical apartment with a balcony and a wonderful sea view. Quiet surroundings, only a five minute walk from the Ville Close and the town main square. In front of the apartment you have a small beach and a promenade. More beaches to the right, and the Ville Close, boat trips and Concarneau center to the right. You can't go wrong. Everything you need is within a short distance. Concarneau have lots of places to eat. We fell in love with the terasse at the Sables Blances restaurant, as well as the back garden of Le Clement Charlotte in the Ville Close. Both were unforgettable and within walking distance from the apartment. We whole heartedly recommend the apartment, the town and the region.

Un appartement très sympa et pratique. Balcon et une belle vue sur la mer du matin au soir. Devant l'appartement on trouve une petite plage et une belle promenade. Plusieurs grandes et petites plages sur la main droite, la Ville Close de Concarneau sur la main gauche. Impossible de prendre un mauvais chemin.

Veldig behagelig og praktisk leilighet med balkong og nydelig utsikt over havet fra morgen til kveld. Sentralt beliggende, men i rolige omgivelser. Foran leiligheten har du en rolig strand og en sti som følger vannet. Du finner flere små og større strender på høyre hånd, og sjarmerende Concarneau og festningsbyen rundt odden på venstre hånd. Korte avstander til alt. Byen har mange av spisesteder, men vi vil fremheve terassen på Les Sables Blanches og bakhagen til Le CLement Charlotte i Ville Close. Begge like uforglemmelige. Kort vei til omkringliggende byer også. Leiligheten, byen og regionen anbefales på det varmeste.
