Warm house, in a quiet area, 2km from the city center (30mn on foot by the greenway or by the coast)
On the ground floor:
A large dining room and a living room, equipped with a television, a DVD player, a mini-chain, a wifi box.
An open fitted kitchen: gas hob, built-in electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave.
A bathroom.
Separate WC.
Laundry room with washing machine. City gas boiler. Garage for stroller, bikes ...
Upstairs:
3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, one with a 90 cm bed.
Bathroom: shower and WC.
Outside:
2 enclosed gardens, with space for the car.
The garden is equipped with a wooden terrace, with garden furniture, barbecue.
Most of the rental: 2 bathrooms (ideal for a large family or 2 couples), enclosed parking.

This is a well equipped, clean and quiet property that we thoroughly enjoyed for the week. It has a lovely sun trap garden, including a range of furniture, and the house itself is more than comfortable and more than met our needs. It is clearly a well looked after house. The owners were very welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in our time in Concarneau. The walk to one of the beaches takes 5 mins , also linking to the coastal path, and we were lucky to have great weather to experience some relaxing time sunbathing. The 20 minute walk into town feels safe and is along an old disused railway line with some beautiful old bridges and flowers. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property if you're looking for a quite neighbourhood on the edge of town.
