About this villa rental
Lale Evi has a private pool(10m x 5m) and an extensive garden(1,600m2). The garden is lawn with palm trees, pomegranate trees, banana palms and oleander shrubs. Inside, the cottage is spacious, with lounge, open plan kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a second bathroom. The double bedroom has small private balcony with views of fields and mountains. The upper floor of the cottage has attic style sloping wooden ceilings and both bathrooms are individually designed with marble fittings hand made by local craftsmen. All bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning. We have been adopted by a cat and hope you will be willing to feed her. The Dalyan area has been awarded the status of a Turkish National Park and is an exceptionally beautiful area. The beaches are protected as they are where the endangered loggerhead sea turtles lay their eggs in the summer months. Dalyan has a lively town centre with a great choice of restaurants and bars. We recommend a car and can put you in touch with a local (english speaking) company who offer car rental and airport transfers which our guests tell us is great value for money and they offer a great service.

Wonderful stay in Dalyan in this beautiful villa. Two adults and two older teenagers. Perfect if you like to be away from crowds and don’t want to be overlooked by other properties, but minutes from Dalyan by dolmus ( right outside property) or by super responsive taxis ( via Whattsapp). The house is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. WIFI great ( teenagers ). The pool was wonderful ( big) and the garden just beautiful ( photos don’t do it justice). Recommend mosquito repellent for the evenings outdoors ( as everywhere in the Med), but there’s also an enormous fan on the terrace that’s a great deterrant.As mentioned in an earlier review, there are neighbours but they were so quiet we barely noticed ( met onlast day - lovely people).The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Cannot recommend enough and very much looking forward to returning to this beautiful and friendly place. Two restaurants in short walking distance ( both fabulous).Would stay at Lale Eve villa again without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay! :)

We had a wonderful 9 day vacation in this house. The house is definitely more beautiful than in the pictures.
The large pool, palm trees and pomegranate trees in the garden were an absolute highlight! There was nothing missing in the house.
Liz was super friendly, very helpful and always available. Many thanks for that!
We will definitely be back.

We had a great holiday in Dalyan. The property was basic but had everything we needed and was exactly as shown in the pictures. The garden was beautiful, particularly the pool, which we all enjoyed for many hours! Liz was a fantastic host, always communicative and offering plenty of really valuable advice and contacts.
A few things to be aware of - the house is attached to the neighbours (which we didn’t realise) but they caused us no bother at all. The house is on a busy road (again, this isn’t obvious in the photos). We zoned out after a few days and in the end it didn’t stop us from feeling relaxed.
All in all, a lovely holiday and Dalyan has so much to offer for all ages (our children particularly enjoyed the boat trip and the local hotel with water slides!).

This villa was absolutely perfect. Even prettier than the photos.. the pool was beyond perfect and the villa itself was sooo clean.
Communication with Liz was quick and simple, she answered any questions we had and was great for advice. The wifi was great for the girls. Air conditioning worked brilliantly. Kitchen had everything you needed. Location was perfect. We didn’t want to leave!!!… thank you for an absolutely perfect holiday.
