Everything about the place was amazing especially macit the owner who goes above and beyond to sort things out for you. Everything you need is there, and the outside bar and toilet is perfect so you don't soak the floor going to the villa. Has to be the best place we have stayed in by far and cant wait to stay there again.

Villa Bade is a very well appointed family size villa with large swimming pool set down a private drive in a formal gardens. After meeting us at the airport the owner drove us to the villa to hand over keys, contact details and to explain how everything worked. Its worth noting this villa is not primarily a tourist villa for renting, it is the owners personal holiday home so the range and quality of the fittings is much better than normally found in a rented villa (eg bean to cup coffee machine, decent and powerful showers etc). We were very comfortable staying here for 2 weeks!!
The pool is a really good size for swimming and a cleaner comes every 2 or 3 days to check pH and clean etc.
We also loved the location of this villa, its at the southern end of Dalyan in a very quiet spot on the edge of the river delta. This means it is well away from the developed tourist area and is not seriously overlooked.

Villa Bade for a family holiday was perfect in every aspect. The main stand out feature is the stunning pool and gardens with colour and wildlife everywhere to be seen, the views and sounds each morning were never boring.
Fully equipped, from coffee machine to a cold water dispenser, bath towels provided and even better, pool towels.
5 bathrooms in total so everyone had there own personal space to do their bit 😁.
Macit and his wife were only a few minutes away and responded instantly to any questions or queries we had. Lovely people. They even gave us some of their home grown pomegranate juice which was unbelievable!!
We would not hesitate to recommend or return to villa Bade and we are so thankful we chose this Villa overall, 5* review.

Mosquitoes at dusk, all over Dalyan because of the rivers and marshes was frustrating at times so really prepare for this is my advice.

The villa was spacious and well equipped with an amazing pool. The villa had loads of bathrooms, comfy beds and fantastic air conditioning. It was well located and there were plenty of restaurants within a 20 min walk away. Hiring a car was useful for going to the supermarket and driving to the beach and other attractions but there seemed to plenty of trips by boat or bus leaving from Dalyan if you didn't fancy driving yourself.
The weather was so lovely and the villa so comfortable that we spent a few days just lounging by the pool ... unusual for us but just what we needed!
We met the owners when we checked out, they were lovely and very helpful.
We loved everything, the most relaxing holiday we've ever had!
