Villa was very clean and pool lovely ( cleaned every 2 days). Located in quiet area but only short walk to town. Felt very safe.
Think we missed the welcome pack! Had to buy all essentials including toilet roll (only enough for 2 days max) shower gel, dishwasher tabs etc. Responses from management intermittent. Not enough bedding for October's chilly nights and could have done with extra towels.

Great location just outside the busy part of town so it was peaceful but close to the action.
Small but perfectly formed, warm and clean pool that didn’t have too much chlorine. Was great to have someone check it each day.
Very responsive property manager who sorted any issues we had very quickly.
Every bedroom has an en-suite which is perfect!
Sheets were stained. We had replacement bedding provided but it was a bit off putting when we arrived.
Besides the main bedroom and the twin, the third and fourth bedrooms are quite small.
There was a plug socket hanging off in the twin room.
One of the loungers was broken when we arrived.
The flush in the downstairs toilet was faulty.

Lovely spacious and clean villa. Really enjoyed our time. Gezim and her family were lovely hosts.
Had a few power cuts maybe due to kettle connection however easily remedied from outside main fuse box. If wed known solution would have made it easier and faster to remedy. The villa is self catering but a little dish soap and few dishwasher tablets would have been handy as it was only 5 nights. All in all a really nice villa only 12 min walk from town centre and 2 min walk from supermarket.

Setting was great. Nice walk into Dalyan town. 10 min easy walk. Really handy having all bedrooms en-suite plus another spare toilet downstairs.
Hosts were excellent. Always available to assist when needed On this trip, with 6 adults and 2 kids, the villa size was really good.
Would definitely return to this villa and would certainly recommend it.
