VILLA AT THE FOOT OF THE DUNE, SHELTERED FROM THE WIND ....
Independent south-facing villa with garden, quiet in a dead end, the fine sandy beach of Amiets and Ode An Deved on foot (80m).
Villa composed of:
- a living room with kitchen, dining room and sitting area,
- 2 bedrooms with 160cm bed and one bedroom with 140cm bed on the ground floor,
- possibility of providing an additional bedroom with 160cm bed upstairs on request,
Bed linen is provided, and your beds will be made upon arrival,
- a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub on the ground floor,
- separate WC on the ground floor,
- a bathroom with wc upstairs.
Equipment:
-Fitted kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, wifi.
-Board games, dvd, outdoor games.
-The garden is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing.
- Provision of a shed for storing bikes, surfing and others ....
-Nearby bread depot,
-Weekly market in Kerfissien on Sunday in season,

Das Haus kann man schon fast als perfekt beschreiben. Tolle Einrichtung, sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, großer Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, sehr nahe am Strand (man geht aber doch etwas mehr als die genannten 80 Meter, aber schnell ist man dennoch da), alle notwendigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Aufgefallen ist uns vor allem die geschmackvolle Deko, war genau unser Ding. Wenn ich was zum melkern suchen müsste, fällt mir eigentlich nur das eher unbequeme Sofa ein. Der Haus-Strand, der Plage des Amiets, ist wunderbar, besonders bei Ebbe, wenn man auch die vielen Felsen erreichen kann. Der Ort ist ansonsten etwas abgelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in Cléder oder St. Pol de Leon. Gute Restaurants bieten sich in Roscoff und St. Pol de Leon an. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

A lovely house with a most pleasant owner, Christelle.
The local coastline is beautiful so we didn't venture very far during our two week stay.
There are excellent supermarkets nearby and some very good restaurants in Roscoff.
