Michel and Marie-Louise invite you to spend your holidays in their individual 5-room villa classified 3 *** called "Ar Marc'h-Mor Glaz" (the Blue Seahorse in Breton), with a terrace with veranda, a garden with direct private access to the beach. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and has all the latest equipment.
In the kitchen you will find an oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer. In the living room you have a 4K UHD TV 126 cm WiFi access to Netflix, Rakuten, Smart TV, a 300 Watts sound bar, a DVD player. We can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has a TV coupled to a Xiaomi Mi TV box S decoder and a sofa bed in the living room.
You can have lunch in the Dining Room, in the Veranda or in the garden where you have tables and chairs sheltered by a deported parasol. We provide a Weber Gas Barbecue for your grilling.
2 cars can park in the enclosed garden which has a charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles - Green'up Access. Animals are welcome.
The very quiet residence is located in the immediate vicinity of a sandy beach. A nautical center at 100 m and a slipway at 800 m will allow you to enjoy even more a remarkable marine environment.
A leisure area adjoins the house as well as a sports course. Leaving via our private access, you just have to walk 50m in the pine forest to access the Amiets beach in a remarkable natural site ... ideally located.
The prices are decreasing according to the duration. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in 7-day periods unless agreed with the owners.

Location très bien équipée et bien située.
Cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout le matériel indispensable, salon très agréable, véranda et terrasse très appréciables.
Par contre, contrairement à ce que pourrait laisser penser l'annonce, ce n'est pas la maison entière qui vous est louée mais uniquement le RDC (donc comme si vous étiez en appartement avec du monde au au-dessus de vous et tout ce que cela veut dire : bruits de pas et de portes, ronflements du voisin du dessus...).
A part cela, c'est un endroit absolument à découvrir, les paysages sont somptueux, c'est l'idéal pour se ressourcer.
