L'Arcere: apartment of about 60 square meters. located on the ground floor, studied in detail in style shabby and modern, while keeping the structure with the same characteristics of the old barn, consisting of a double bedroom with window/ door direct access to the rear garden where are located two comfortable chairs to read and admire the panorama in complete relaxation, one room with two beds, kitchen with all the accessories to cook and double oven (cooking microwave and conventional oven) and dishwasher, living-dining area with fireplace pellet, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Option of dining outdoors under a gazebo that is just 5 mt. entry of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning
Ideally located the estate La Lama is situated nearby Arezzo, but in the open countryside in the middle of a farm.
Surrounded by a wide pine wood at full guests' disposal, in a large open space with a beautiful garden, there are a swimming pool (mt. 15 x 6).
Arezzo is convenient for visiting many of the most interesting art cities in Central Italy especially Florence (60 km.), Siena (58 km.) and Perugia (65 km.)

We really enjoyed our holiday at Rita's apartment. The house was very comfortable, clean and nice decorated. There was a wasmachine, and all the sleeping rooms have airconditioning. The children loved the swimming pool, they made use of it every day. The location is nicely and quiet, lot of grass and trees away from the busy cities. Location was also well located, not too far from highway. Also very nice was that the owner and her family leaved next door. So for questions she was always available. Rita thank you for your hospitality. Regards from Roy, Gillian and family from The Netherlands.

Wir wollten einen Urlaub in diesem Eigentum in der besonders schönen Gegend verbringen.
Ein sehr ernster Grund hat uns dazu verhindert.
Ich möchte auf diesem Wege der Gastgeberin danken, die sehr freundlich war und uns vor dem Mieten einen Besuch erlaubt hat, wobei sie sehr pünktlich war (wir können sagen: deutsche Pünktlichkeit) und mehr noch, sie hat die unpassende Situation für einen Urlaub wegen den erschienenen Problemen verstanden und hat uns die Garantie vollständig erstattet.
Wir hoffen, hier einen Urlaub von mindestens einer Woche in diesem Sommer verbringen zu können.

Our holiday at Rita's property was great! The appartment L'Araldo was very spacious, clean and authentic. Our three children (9,8,7) enjoyed the pool enormously, we loved the great loungebeds. And then the extra's: wine and olive oil from the property, lovely cats and one night Rita made lasagne for all the guests! We definitely will come again!
