About this villa rental
Olivo is a characteristic and very old farmhouse that you will find almost hidden among the silver foliage of the olive trees that cover the hillside, giving the villa an atmosphere and peace of times gone by. You will find it nestled between the cities of Arezzo and Castiglion Fiorentino, and its location will offer you countless possibilities for visiting museums, monuments or simply for shopping in the centre of Arezzo.
In Arezzo, to which we advise you to dedicate at least one day, you will find a marvellous historic centre, made up of cobbled alleyways and ancient buildings, some of which date back to the Medieval period, as well as designer shops and typical restaurants and cafés, where you can spend an afternoon or a lazy summer evening. Just 4 km away is also the Arezzo Equestrian Centre where internationally renowned equestrian events are held throughout the year.
The beautiful panoramic swimming pool (size 5x10 m, depth 0.90-1.80 m - open from 10 May to 30th September) was built on a large green terrace, just a few metres from the house. In the completely enclosed garden, your children can play freely in absolute tranquillity in the shade of the olive trees and century-old trees, while you, by the side of the pool, can enjoy the sun while admiring the fantastic panorama of the valley below. For the little ones' playtime there is also a playhouse in a tree.
At the back of the house you will have at your disposal, for dinners or lunches in the open air, a comfortable equipped area, wood-burning oven and barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals in company.
Olivo is a rustic-style farmhouse, reminiscent of the old peasant houses, whose warmth provided shelter for the large families of our ancestors. The strong point of the house in our opinion is the fact that here you will feel as if transported to a past made up of ancient traditions, rituals and moments spent with the family, in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that will accompany you throughout your holiday, making you feel at home.

FIRST FLOOR: access via external stone staircase, large sitting-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
SECOND FLOOR: access via wooden staircase, composed of single bedroom, double bedroom, small double bedroom and a bathroom with bath.

Oven, fridge with freezer compartment, moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave, mixer, toaster
Washing machine, highchair, iron and ironing board, fans (3), hair dryer (1)
Satellite-TV, Wi-Fi Internet access

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Olivo. Idéalement située pour visiter les magnifiques sites du sud de la Toscane et de l’Ombrie, la villa est très agréable et la piscine très appréciée par toute la famille. Accueil et service impeccable. N’hesitez pas à venir !

Nous avons passé d excellents moments dans cette maison assez bien conçue
Il y a une piscine d au moins 10 m d ou l on voit les oliviers et le clochet d une eglise et un espace repas exterieur
Au premier étage un salon séjour une cuisine une sdd et une chambre matrimoniale
au deuxième une sdb une chambre où 2 lits peuvent faire un lit matrimonial et 2 chambres avec un lit simple
L internet fonctionne bien
Il y a tout ce qu il faut pour la cusinne torchons et nappes compris)
La décoration est classique mais conviviale L acceui à été très sympatique
Il y a pas mal de choses à voir dans la région Bref l endroit idéal pour passer des vacances !

the second a bathroom a bedroom where 2 beds can make a double bed and 2 rooms with a single bed
The internet works well
There is everything you need for the kitchen (tea and tablecloths included)
The decor is classic but friendly The welcome was very nice
There is a lot to see in the area In short, the perfect place to spend a holiday!

Nous avons séjourné en famille à la villa olivo. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine et le jardin. Dommage que pour manger dehors il faille descendre un étage et faire le tour de la maison (ce qui n'est pas stipulé dans l'annonce) la cuisine se trouve à l'étage. le mobilier extérieur demande à être renouvelé. la maison est spacieuse mais pas très bien entretenue. le matériel de cuisine devrait aussi être renouvelé. Attention pas de lave vaisselle! Le responsable de la maison est très serviable et répond à vos demandes très rapidement.
