About this apartment rental
Bright and quiet duplex apartment of 60m² renovated, on the 3rd floor with elevator, in a residence renovated in 2002 (former hotel in the dunes, built in the 1930s), ...
At the first level:
• A main room with open fitted kitchen, 4-6 seat dining area, comfortable convertible sofa (bultex) to accommodate a 5th family member or a passing friend, giant relaxation cushion (indoor outdoor use) large 127cm Full HD TV connected wifi (youtube, multilingual multimedia programs and internet for the rare rainy days), all overlooking a terrace (12 m2) with beautiful sea view. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: fridge (with freezer compartment), induction hob, dishwasher, 7kg washing machine, microwave and classic oven combination, toaster, electric kettle, food processor, Senseo coffee maker etc ... The tableware is of hotel quality and the equipment for cooking very complete.
• A bedroom with queen-size bed (bultex), large wardrobe and French window also leading to the south-facing terrace, with sea views. Electric roller shutter.
• 1 bathroom with shower, storage unit with large mirror,
• separate WC
Upstairs
• 1 landing opening onto a large dressing room, relaxation area with bench seat, desk equipped with a PC screen (ready to connect to your laptop via HDMI) with multimedia player. Magnificent sea view also from the roof window. A platform is provided to facilitate contemplation. The window is fitted with a blackout.
• 1 second bedroom with two single beds, library corner and storage. Very quiet, it overlooks the rear of the residence (countryside and tennis side). Roof window fitted with a blackout.
The terrace is equipped with a table and four garden chairs, as well as a large shade sail. Two sun loungers are also available for you to enjoy the sun.
The apartment benefits from a private parking space within the residence which is closed by electric gate. A bicycle room and a common room also allow you to accommodate your equipment. But if you wish, you can also take advantage of the cellar on the ground floor (direct access from the entrance hall and the parking lot) to store your cycles.
The fine, clear sandy beach is 50 m down the street. Swimming is supervised from July 1 to August 31. It offers a constantly renewed spectacle. You will enjoy observing maritime life from your apartment (arrivals and departures of the shuttle to Breast Island, ballet of boats and windsurfers from the nautical club, bathers and stand-up paddle, surfers and bodyboarders when the swell is favorable, etc ...).
We provide you with towels, beach towels and bedding at no extra charge. The beds are made on your arrival unless expressly requested by you (linen maintained with an ecological hypoallergenic detergent). The bedding is of high quality (new mattresses, memory foam pillows, thick duvets) to guarantee you beautiful nights. We also provide you with free high-quality high chair and travel cot, upon request. End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

Nous avons tout apprécié : l'accueil, Audierne dans son ensemble (port vivant, très agréable), le quartier de Trescadec (calme, belle plage, belles dunes) et l'appartement en duplex (très agréable, belle terrasse vue mer, rien n'y manque !), ainsi que la région permettant de très belles randonnées.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il y a tout le confort souhaité et il ne manque absolument rien.
Il est très bien placé (au calme) au bord de l'océan pas très loin du port, restaurants à proximité.
c'est avec un grand plaisir que nous reviendrons
