About this house rental
CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP. Our pretty single storey house, called OUESSANT, has just been revamped. It is located 100 meters from the beach and the GR34, is independent, has a terrace, a private enclosed garden and a sea view. 2 parking spaces. The market town of Conquet and the shops are 15 minutes away on foot or 3 minutes by car.
Non smoking rental.
Facing south-west, it enjoys an ideal location near Bilou beach and the GR 34 for walks along the coast.
Kitchen area: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, built-in microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senséo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food mixer.
Eating area 8 people
Lounge area with 2 sofas (sofa bed and BZ), television.
Bedroom 1 with a 140X190 bed
Bedroom 2 with two 90X190 beds
Bedroom 3 (small) with two 90X190 bunk beds.
Rectangular and square pillows. New duvets and blankets.
Bathroom with bath, 2 basins on cabinet
Separate WC.
Free Wifi Internet access
The house is classified as Family Plus for the quality of leisure activities (indoor heated swimming pool and play areas)
Large shared swimming pool, heated and covered, depth of 1.20m to 2.00m, with a young children's area 40 cm deep.
The shared swimming pool may be closed outside school holidays between November and the end of February. Ask the owner.
The prices are indicated for a base of 4 people, except in July and August when there is no supplement.
40 € per additional person.
A deposit of 300 € is requested on arrival to guarantee the damage that could be caused during the stay. It is returned after the inventory on departure.

Discovery in a zodiac of the Iroise marine park: algae field, dolphins, seals, sea birds.

Maison très bien située à moins de 5 minutes du sentier côtier et à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la ville. Bien aménagée, tous le nécessaire y est.
Point négatif : la literie du lit 140x190 est clairement à revoir. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la semaine (pas de test sur les autres lits car nous n'étions que 2).
La machine a laver qui est commune à tous les logements de la résidence et payante (ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce)

logement très agréable. Propre et très calme.
La 3ème chambre est petite et occupée par les équipements ménagers (balais etc...) c'est dommage mais nous n'étions que 3 donc nous ne l'avons pas occupée.
Les personnes qui se sont occupées de notre arrivée et de notre départ étaient très sympathiques.
Lieux de vacances à recommander.

On a passé une semaine géniale dans cette maison idéalement située près de la mer et du GR34, l'annonce était totalement conforme à la réalité en tout point de vue, maison joliment décorée et super bien équipée. Je la recommande. Merci pour l'accueil et les échanges agréable par téléphone et par mer. Nous nous sommes bien requinquées. De plus la météo a été un vrai plus, une journée de pluie sur une semaine, quoi demander de plus !!!
