An ideal house for your seaside holiday with the beach at your feet.
The property is located in Lampaul-Plouarzel, a commune in the Iroise park, 25 km from Brest. The house enjoys a breathtaking view of the island of Ouessant and the Molène archipelago.
You just have to cross the small dune in front of the house to access the beach within 100m.
The famous coastal path, the GR34 runs along the entire coast and offers magnificent views, ideal for hiking.
The granite coast with cliffs, interspersed with sandy beaches sheltered for swimming, offers a landscape typical of Brittany, sometimes wild.
A small marina allows you to go boating and windsurfing (sailing school).
Numerous maritime excursions. The 18-hole Abers golf course (5 km), horse riding center (2 km), mountain biking, tennis, etc. Supermarket, pharmacy and doctor at 3kms.
St Renan (10 kms) charming city of character, hosts a picturesque market, a cinema, numerous shops and a swimming pool.
The site allows multiple excursions to deeper Brittany such as the Monts d'Arree at 70 kms.
Brest has a superb polar, temperate and tropical aquarium: "oceanopolis"
Brest / Guipavas International Airport is 25 km away.

We all had a fantastic week. We loved the stunning views and proximity to clean empty sandy beaches with perfect rock pools. Everyone we met including the owner was lovely and made us feel welcome. The property was spacious and well equipped, and the mattresses were v comfy. We had difficulty finding the house so suggest clearer written instructions and having to pay for electricity, water and gas at the end of our stay was a pain and quite expensive. Suggest having around 70 euros in cash to pay the owner. Communication with the owner wasn’t brilliant.

Wonderful break on the coast. Perfectly located for walking, swimming, paddle boarding. Well equipped kitchen for foodies. Everything required for this family break, was there. Would highly recommend for groups and family of all ages. So much to see on the local beaches and coastal walks.

We had a great week in Danielle's house in Plouarzel. The situation is superb. Although some of the interiors of the house are a bit dated, the view really makes up for it. The children had a great time going to the beach, which they could easily access by themselves. To the taste of the kids the WiFi-speed could be a bit faster, but again, who needs fast WiFi when looking outside the window already is spectacular! We would return to this place.
