Welcome to our great apartments in a natural environment situated in one of the most pleasant area of Costa del Sol, near to the new Golden Mile, we offer you a total guarantee of strict hygiene and disinfection measures at the entrance and exit of each and every client as in all common areas of the resort. Keys are not necessary, entry with door code. Holiday destination preferred by Spaniards and foreigners for its fantastic climate, cultural and leisure offers for all tastes.
Parque Botanico is a wonderful place of peace and tranquillity set in the hills amidst lush greenery and running waters, and yet it is only 5 minutes drive to the nearest sandy beaches and 10 minutes from the busy towns of San Pedro and the Port town of Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella.
Our apartment is meant for outdoor living - yet nothing has been spared on the interiors. A beautiful lounge and dining area, with patio doors leading out to the terrace. A fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and equipped with everything you require during your stay. Marble floors throughout, air conditioning for the summer and heating for cooler months. The bedrooms are equally as appealing with beautiful en suite bathroom in the main bedroom .
Only 45 min from Malaga airport our stunning two-bedroom apartment will provides you with a luxurious and comfortable holiday home. It has superb recreational and sport facilities but is still within easy striking distance of the many excellent shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants. The location between the coast of the Mediterranean sea and the bottom of the mountain ridge of Sierra Berneja, puts Parque Botanico in close proximity to many beautiful beaches.
Parque Botánico has beautiful outdoor pools with safe children’s paddling areas, as well as an indoor Olympic size heated pool. The indoor pool makes Parque Botánico a perfect destination if you are travelling during the cooler months. The spa offers the ideal setting in which to relax and unwind during your stay. featuring ; Sauna, steam room and a large Jacuzzi overlooking the out-door pool area.
The mountains surrounding Parque Botánico offers great hiking possibilities. There are options for anyone, from those just looking for a fifteen-minute stroll in the sun to the more adventurous interested in daytrips and steep hills.

Die Wohnung ist prima, gut geschnitten, die Terrasse hat eine tolle Größe mit Abendsonne.
Die Vermieter sind sehr engagiert und ständig erreichbar, ein defekter Toaster wurde umgehend ausgetauscht.
Herrlich sind die Pools außen, nach Ende der Saison am 17.10. war das große Innenpool täglich von 14 bis 22 Uhr geöffnet.
Die Wohnung ist in der Anlage ideal gelegen, die Wege zum Pool und zur Parkgarage recht kurz. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick in Richtung Mittelmeer.
Der Tennisplatz ist leider nur bedingt nutzbar, die Zäune nach Außen leider nicht im guten Zustand, die Bälle rollen über den Platz hinaus. Eine Autobahn befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Komplexes, wurde erst nach Fertigstellung der Anlage gebaut, daher hat der Komplex insgesamt wohl etwas gelitten.
Diese Wohnung ist aber ruhig gelegen.
Ein Auto ist hier ein Muss, die nächste bewohnte Zone ist gut 2 km entfernt und es verkehrt kein Bus zur Anlage.

Rafael the owner is excellent. When there was bad weather he checked on us to make sure everything was OK. Most owners take your money and run. The motorway is quite close but we never had any noise in the apt or on the huge balcony. Lots of great walks overall a great place to stay.
