About this apartment rental
Our Penthouse is located one hour from Malaga airport and ¼ hour from Gibraltar.
It has an area of 95 m², plus a terrace of 22 m² and has a south / south-west orientation that allows until sunset, to enjoy an exceptional view of Gibraltar.
It is intended for 4 people and consists of:
- A large living room with flat screen TV.
- A fully equipped kitchen with among others a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a microwave .... ;
- Two bedrooms with double bed (1. 6m x 2. 00m);
- Two bathrooms with bath, shower and toilet each;
- laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities;
- A terrace with two loungers and a beautiful table and 4 garden chairs;
- A place in an easily accessible underground car park;
- A shared swimming pool in the property
- It is equipped with a powerful Wifi and free.
The beach is 900 meters, there are several golf courses within 15kms and all the necessary shops. Two very nice little marinas (La Duquessa and Sotogrande) are just a short drive away. Tourist cities such as Ronda, Seville, Cadiz, Marbella, Cordoba, Granada ... are accessible in one day. And for ski enthusiasts, the snowy mountain is nearby (two hours drive). All you need for a successful holiday.

We spent just over a week at this property and everything was amazing, from beginning to end. We met Valerie (the property manager) at the front gate of the complex and she walked us up to the unit and showed us everything. From the balcony, the views of Spain, Gibraltar, Africa, and especially the mythical “Pillars of Hercules” are outstanding! Everything was as expected and as listed in the posting. The pool area was clean and never seemed to be crowded or busy. The surrounding area felt very safe, but (as others have mentioned) a rental car is almost a necessity to get to nearby restaurants, beaches, and other attractions. The underground parking was really convenient and very much appreciated in the early August heat! Philippe and Valerie were available to answer questions, as needed, and both offered great suggestions for places to dine. At the end of our stay Valerie met us at the property, once again, to collect the keys and send us on our way. You really cannot go wrong with this property! Thank-you Philippe and Valerie!

We would definitely go to this place again - with a few caveats - you HAVE to rent a car! We spent the first two days stressed with no food and no taxis that spoke english. But after that - amazing - you dont have to go out every eve because the balcony views are beautiful and so peaceful. If youre looking to relax rent a car and stay here x

La terraza es una maravilla, las vistas, la temperatura.
La urbanización muy silenciosa, se duerme sin ruidos, y la piscina casi como privada.
