About this apartment rental
La Casita is independent from the main villa with its own private entrance. The accommodation is spacious, fully self-contained and has its own air conditioning throughout. The queen size bed has a top-of-the-range mattress .The lounge/diner has dining facilities for 4, beautiful views overlooking the rear garden to the sea and the double Ikea sofa bed will sleep 2 adults. DVD player and DVDs, library and music provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower room is light and spacious. All towels and bedding provided.
The peaceful tranquility and proximity to the beach plus the high standard accommodation and beautiful garden makes La Casita a truly memorable place to stay. Have the luxury of home from home facilities, with freedom to come and go as you wish, add in a safe and beautiful pool and outside dining area and you'll find it hard to leave! When you want the night life or restaurant dining it is all available within minutes so you can rest and relax or go out and play!
The hosts live on the premises and are available as you wish. The pool is shared but the hosts are flexible on its use.
It is a pet-friendly property and the owners have three dogs which are very well-behaved. Guests are permitted to bring their pets provided that they are not allowed on any of the furniture.
There is off-street parking with automatic security gates. The property is ideal for children and enjoys very peaceful surroundings with country walks or 5 mins drive by car takes you to one of the loveliest beaches in the area with beach restaurants.
All shopping is within 10 mins and the choice of supermarkets offering most international foods are many.
An additional "put you up" bed suitable for a child/teenager and travel cot can be available on request. In addition, cards and board games are provided for your entertainment.
Guests need to be aware that there is a busy dual carriageway between the development and the beach but you will hear very little noise. It is possible to walk to the beach in 10 minutes but as the return trip is uphill we strongly recommend driving which will take 5 minutes.

Can’t say enough about this lovely little casita. We were looking for something in a slightly quieter area, but still close to Estepona, Malaga area. This little spot was perfect for us. Can’t say enough about our hosts. Loveliest people and so accommodating in every way. Loved the sweetest dogs on the property.
Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing week in La Casita - James and Alison are brilliant people who go out of their way to make sure everything is OK. The apartment is lovely and the pool, gardens etc are perfect - the pictures don’t do it justice. Lots of great places to eat/explore just a short drive away. Thoroughly recommend 👍
