About this cottage rental
Situated in a small private olive grove offering total exclusivity, near the resort town of Agios Nikolaos in Crete.
It is essentially a small Villa made with total relaxation in mind. It combines the serenity of a remote place and enjoys close proximity to all amenities.
The property has been renovated in 2016 and has been fully repainted using eco-friendly non toxic paints. Brand new beds, matreses, towels and linen, etc. Also a brand new spacious wardrobe has been installed. A new stove/cooking oven has also been placed.
Comfortably sleeps 4 (1double & 2single) in two rooms and has an additional/optional en-suite room upstairs which has 2 bunkbeds for an additional 2 guests (access through a semi-steep ladder so NOT suitable for limited mobility guests).
It is 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the city center.
It has a totally private terrace on which you can enjoy your cocktails in the afternoon and you can even enjoy the sun fully naked :-)
We are Pet friendly, with AirCon (Green Policy applies) and offer exclusive use of the unlimited 24Mb/s WiFi.
Moreover, we are fully licensed owners and our license number as issued by the Greek authorities is 00002602846.

We love Villa Frog. The outdoor living, the fabulous owner, the location and the peaceful seclusion. Second visit for us and the place still has that charm we experinced the first time. Lovel stay and everyone had a fabulous time.

A lovely, small Cretan House with big personality. The patio area is where we all lived for two glorious weeks. The house is on a dirt track which makes the privacy fairly complete. The air conditioning makes sleeping a lot easier. Some of the the local feral cats make their prescence felt and, if you feed a cat once it will demand feeding again. Agios Nikolaos is close enough to walk to but not if the party staying are as ancient as we were. We used the car and ate out most nights. The kitchen, although compact, is perfectly adequate to cook in and breakfasts, lunches and dinners were prepared. The inside and outside toilets and showers, with hot water, are extremely useful and the cold outside shower is fantastic on a hot day. Ore, the owner, is extremely helpful and supplies guests with all the information needed. We had a fabulous time and if we ever go back to Crete, this where we would stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Frog's house! The house is exactly as described, small and simple but relaxing and close to many activities and places to visit.
The terrace, with beautiful trees and flowers is perfect, and what a pleasure to have a shower outside :-)!
Orestis and Nikolas are great hosts. They warmly welcomed us and their recommendations enabled us to discover beautiful places and great restaurants (Paradosiako ++).
The French hotel-club located between the house and the beach may be a bit noisy, depending on the wind, but that will not prevent us from staying there again if we were to visit the region again!

typical cretan home, bedrooms only just big enough, kitchen minimal, cockrels waking you up,stoney road to villa,and you have to adopt a cat.absolutley loved the place.,agios cente 15 min walk ( in flip flops) lake 20 mins ( same flip flops). good beachs ,10 to 20 min walk.agios is to die for. more reseraunts and choice than you will ever need.owner, ore is brilliant , responding quickly and positivley to suggestions.if you want hotel life dont book this villa.if you yearn for something authentic and somewhere to be yourself this is perfect
