Konstantinos villa is located in Koutsouras, a seaside settlement, built in a beautiful valley, full of pine trees and olive groves, in south-eastern Crete. It has beautiful, picturesque beaches, harbour, taverns, coffee bar, forest, mountain walks, sports and water activities. Ideal destination for families or friends who want to enjoy the sea, nature and generally enjoy their holidays.
Konstantinos villa is a new, self-contained, ground-floor detached house of 80 m², which can accommodate up to 7 people. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living-kitchen, storage space, large verandas, courtyard, large garden, aluminium energy window frames, security entrance, large private parking space. There is also a high fencing around the plot, a green environment and beautiful views of the village, the valley and the mountains. It is fully furnished and electrically equipped. Provides free, fast internet, large TV, inverter AC, large fridge freezer, electric cooker with ceramic touch cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer, electric iron, hot water 24 hours ).
Guests can have free access to all areas of the residence.
Konstantinos villa is 350 meters away from the sea, taverns, restaurant-pizzeria, 450 meters from the main beach of Koutsouras. 700 to 900 meters from café-bar, supermarket. 1.2 to 2.4 km from a patisserie, bakery, pharmacy, leisure forest with tavern, harbour, ΄΄butterfly΄΄ gorge, beach of Apigania, football stadium (for sports), beach Koutsoureli and the neighbouring beach, the beach of Makheridi. 2.8 to 3.5 km from the beach of Makry Gialos, Kalamoukania, from the archaeological site (villa of the Minoan period), from another archaeological site (villa, Roman period), from the harbor and the big central beach of Makry Gialos. From 5 to 7 km we meet the beaches: Lagada, Daskkari, Lafoufa. From 7 to 12 km we find the traditional villages: Stavrohori, Agios Stefanos, Pefki and the monastery of Kapsa. A wonderful villa with plenty of space and seating. There is plenty of room for sunbathing as well as sheltering from the midday sun. It is well located for beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and attentive.

A perfect base for our two week holiday. Clean and well-equipped. The insect nets are very effective. There is room for a car under the covered area while leaving plenty of space for dining. A lovely view of the mountains to wake up to. The location is very quiet and private.
