"Elefteria" property is a small family run hotel in Kolibia, consisting of 8 independent apartments/Maisonettes and 2 studios, built in a traditional architecture.
This listing is about a maisonette style with a double bed with anatomic mattress on the ground floor and a sitting area .Upstairs the open loft has 2 single beds.At the terrace there is a sitting area with garden view.
All apartments are equipped with kitchenette,espresso and filter coffee machines,toaster,kettle,mini oven, stove,fridge and cooking appliances. Our guests can use herbs from our botanical garden for cooking with greek flavour.Our guests may use the BBQ anytime they wish, for a nice dinning with family or friends. Moreover, If you wish you can order food delivery from local tavernas or pizzarias.
Parking free of charge-public street. Wi-fi in all areas free of charge.
There is an utility room equipped with an Ironing board and laundry machine
For late departures there is luggage storage area and shower/changing room that our client can use free of charge.
All apartments are surrounded by 5.000 m² lush green gardens with orange,olive trees and flowers.
Outdoor swimming pool and children's pool separate.Outdoor Jacuzzi as well adjacent the main pool. Guests have easy access to a variety of Restaurants, Bars and Shops of the resort area.
In only 5 minutes walking distance you will find the bus station, a super market open 7 days a week, cafe, restaurants and a small shopping outlet. The Kolibia centre is only 1,5 klm away and the nearest beach 2 klm away. The 7 springs valley is only 3 minutes by car and the famous sandy Tsabika beach is 5 minutes driving distance. Our location is ideal as we are located just in the middle of the island. We are half way from the top highlights of the island: Lindos village and castle and Rhodes Old town and new city. Around the area there are plenty of activities for the adventure lovers, such as boat trips from Kolibia beach, watersports, horse riding by the beach, scuba diving even for starters,snorkelling, hiking tours, boat rental to visit nearby coasts. Just what we were looking for. Comfortable bungalow with mezzanine level for kids. Nice a cool. Excellent air con. Good shower. Comfortable beds. Nice outside space. Other guests were lovely. Shared pool and surrounding area perfect. Free parking immediately opposite property. Walking distance to supermarket. Only issue was that the waste pipe under the sink was disconnected, which we didn’t notice until after washing up, by which time we’d already flooded the under sink cupboard. Was easy to fix but a big clean up job. From the look of some of the items stored under the sink, it wasn’t the first time this had happened. Perhaps no one has reported it before? It just needs securing permanently. You will definitely need a car. Recommend late dinner at a roof top restaurant in Lindos and a day in Rhodes old town. Kids (teens) love the water park and the big inflatable At Tsambikos beach.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Die Umgebung ist super man kommt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem Supermarkt und in etwa 15 Minuten zu den Bars und Souvenirläden zum bummeln.
Die Anlage ist gepflegt und man fühlt sich direkt wie Zuhause. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir würden die Apartments immer wieder buchen .

La résidence et le logement sont très propres, bien équipés, la piscine est très agréable, il y a des jeux pour les jeunes enfants. La machine à laver le linge mise à disposition est efficace :) Les lits sont confortables, la terrasse privée agréable.
Nous regrettons seulement 2 choses : le logement est un peu sombre et bizarrement agencé (accès à la terrasse par la chambre!), la climatisation est payante, elle aurait méritée d'être incluse dans le prix journalier !
Le reste est parfait :)
