Der große Pool war phantastisch. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Privatpool und einer gemütlichen kleinen Terrasse, konnten dort frühstücken und den Abend dort ausklingen lassen, wunderbar.

The hosts communication was great prior to arriving & even provided information to order online food provisions as we were arriving late due to flight delays & having to collect a hire car.
Rookie mistake with this property during our 5 week Greece holiday!!!!! Host communication was great prior but that's were our good experience ended. Keys were left in our door upon arrival which didn't seem very unsafe - a key box with a code is better! However like most of the other places we stayed at, we never got to meet the hosts as 'reception' was either closed (photo attached) or unmanned. The check-in paperwork wasn't provided until our last day & I was obligated to pop it under a keyboard on the counter. Not a great option seeing as it had our personal details documented. It was noisy every day/night as it's literally located on the freeway plus some guests were so incredibly inconsiderate at all hours of the night - most likely because they were young & used the complex for parties in their rooms and the pool. We were obligated to get out of bed in the early hours & ask them to keep the noise down - twice! We had to ask the host for more toilet paper (6 night stay & 2 rolls) yet after some story about a government rule regarding toilet paper, we were provided with some. We were asked to empty our own bathroom & kitchen bins ourselves into a mini skip down the road, & strip the beds placing bed linen & towels in an allocated bag!! We presumed the high cost of this accommodation would have provided this service as we're on HOLIDAYS!!! We were advised we would have space for our hire car but this was a battle every day as the car park is limited, very tight as people don't park correctly & towards the end of our stay we were battling for a space due to the 'young' party goers that arrived. Our private pool was 'not so private' & we didn't use it at all as it was dirty & our neighbours could see us & we could see them. The cigarette smoke & constant noise from our neighbours also made swimming in this pool undesirable.
