La casa è perfetta, pulita, in posizione centrale rispetto all'isola ed ha un idromassaggio estremamente piacevole per concludere la giornata. L'host, Xanthi, è stata presente e precisa sia per le indicazioni per la casa sia per tutti i consigli che ci ha dato per supportare il nostro soggiorno. Ci ha persino fatto trovare una torta di benvenuto. Non potevamo desiderare di meglio.

Die großartige Ausstattung: Die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten auf verschiedenen Balkonen plus großer Terrasse mit Tischtennisplatte, Sportgeräten und Jacuzzi. Zudem ist die Küche geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Very nice and spacious villa with many rooms, balconies and terraces. There's even a ping pong table that both children and adults will enjoy.
The hosts were very helpful and provided us with water, wine, fruits and cake upon arrival and some Greek specialties later on.

We were only three people staying at Villa Elia and enjoyed the tremendous space this house provides. Four bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Spacious kitchen, and the entire house is surrounded by balconies on every level. Plus a large front entrance patio to hang out at once the sun goes down, and where one could play table tennis or use the treadmill. Which we certainly did not at 35° Celsius! Xanthi who welcomed us is super nice, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. She supplied us with everything we needed for the first couple of days: water, wine, coffee, fruit, homemade cake and cookies, even homemade strawberry jam. She was very accommodating and truly went above and beyond her role as property manager! As did the owner of the house: she made a very tasty moussaka dish as well as a delicious Greek salad for us one night! Who could ask for more?! The little village Kolymbia has a few excellent restaurants, especially down at the little harbor (try the fried calamari at "Nisaki" seafood restaurant!). Best beach by far: Tsampika. Forget Anthony Quinn Beach or St. Paul's Bay! Too crowded! Not worth the hype they get. All in all we had a wonderful stay at Villa Elia and give it a 10 out of 10! Thank you, Xanthi!
