The beautifully appointed interior offers a well designed living space for up to 9 guests. There are 3 large double bedrooms all with showers (1 can be made as a double or twin), an additional small convertible bedroom, a terrace, a large living/dining room with a convertible double sofa bed, well equipped modern kitchen, an additional summer kitchen with access to terrace, 3 shower rooms, two separate WC's, a utility room and an office. Located less than 50 metres from famous Forceville Marche and 3 min walk from Palais de Festivals.

The location is fantastic! Just a block away from everything. You can walk everywhere in Cannes from here. The apartment is nicely done and very comfortable. We were a family of five and it worked great for us.There is no lift so you need to use the stairs but even with 3 younger kids, it was never an issue.

We were welcomed upon our arrival by Francois and provided with local information (market, stores and transport information) and a willingness to assist us in any way.
Apartment was clean and functional for a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). Would highly recommend staying here!

An amazing apartment close to all amenities - shops, restaurants, beach and transport in a busy area of Cannes. The apartment was clean, comfortable and stylish with a reasonable size balcony which had the sun for most of the day. The apartment had a wide range of amenities Francoise was extremely helpful both before and during our visit. Would return again and recommend to others.

Our whole family had a wonderful time in Cannes and the apartment was perfect. The location is just a minute walk from the market, the port, restaurants, stores, train etc. So fun and easy and be in the center of the action! This apartment is set up beautifully with loads of space for a large group. Our family loved our stay and would love to return someday!!Thanks Daniel!
