Excellent location, close to the station, the beach and all the main places in Cannes. The staff were very helpful.
The flat requires some minor maintenance like blocked drain in the shower and some walls would benefit from repainting, but overall our stay was very comfortable

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk (45 meters ca) to La Croisette and surrounded by excellent restaurants like Bobo, which is literally around the corner. It’s the ideal apartment for anyone wanting to enjoy the beaches, shopping, and vibrant dining scene in Cannes.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and even allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated.
The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s exactly what you want if you’re looking for a clean and functional place to sleep and relax after a day out. There’s also a washing machine and a small kitchen, which is great if you prefer not to eat out—though with so many restaurants, cafés and bakeries just outside the door, you might not need it!
Would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, however a bit noisyn especially the trashbins, that are used by restaurants and bars, every five minutes a bin full of empty bottles in the container is a bit much
