Our family of 5 had a lovely stay. Great location - walkable to everything: train station, beach, restaurants, shopping. Property is as described - Quiet building, AC in every room, well equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was a nice bonus. Easy check in, communication and prompt responses from host.

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Tout fonctionne correctement. L'accueil a été très bon.
La situation est très bonne : près du marché Forville, à 10 minutes à pieds des plages.
Malgré les bruits extérieurs on est plutôt au calme à l'intérieur.
Seul point négatif : pendant notre séjour il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble qui nous réveillaient à 8H30 le matin.
En cas de séjour de longue durée il est très intéressant de louer une place au parking couvert Suquet Forville situé à 50m de l'entrée de l'appartement.
Nous reviendrons certainement !
