Vue époustouflante, terrasse fantastique avec vue à 270 degrés l appartement est très spacieux, très bien équipé. L emplacement est idéal pour visiter Rio. L accueil très sympa. Quartier et résidence sécurisée. Nous y avons séjourné en famille à 5, et nous avons eu nos aises sans problèmes. Toutefois sur les 4 WC il y en que 2 qui fonctionnent sans problème. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous y retournerons!

Nous avons visité l'appartement à 14h pour l'occuper le soir même.C'est un appartement spacieux disposant de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, la terrasse est très agréable et offre une vue imprenable sur le pain de sucre et le Corcovado. Très bon qualité/prix. Vous trouverez le métro à 5 min ainsi que toutes les commodités dans le quartier. Le propriétaire est très disponible et le personnel de l'immeuble très serviable .J'y séjournerai de nouveau sans souci.

"Cet appartement est très bien situé pour une découverte de Rio, le métro est à environs 400m, l''immeuble n''est pas très jeune, mais sécurisé, gardiens 24/24, caméras à chaque étage et ascenseurs. 12 étages avec ascenseur plus un à pied. Quartiers vivant, mais sûr. Très spacieux, dans son jus, pas de rénovation récentes, quelques inconvénients, comme 3 des 4 wc qui marchent péniblement, clim dans chambre grand lit bruyante, mériterai des housses de protections sur les matelas et oreillers, et des draps en 100°coton, plutôt que synthétique (désagréable avec la chaleur et qui gratte). Un lave vaisselle serai aussi le bienvenu. Sinon c''est un excellent rapport qualité prix, les commentaires sur la terrasse sont tout à fait mérité, une vue de rêve, manque un peu de mobilier d''extérieur et parasol, surtout une petite table et 2 ou 4 chaises, sur la petite terrasse devant cuisine, top pour les petits dèj. Une dédicace particulière pour Mme P., en charge de nous accueillir et du ménage, c''est une véritable perle, d''une grande gentillesse, vraiment très sympa. Je conseille donc cet appartement, il n''est pas luxueux par ses équipements ni son confort, mais l''espace, les sdb dans chaque chambre, cette immense terrasse et les tarifs pratiqués par son propriétaire en font un très bon plan à Rio. j''y retournerai!!"

"Mauvais fonctionnement de 2 toilettes, odeur permanente d''égouts dans l''appartement. Télé sans réception, matelas douteux. Belle terrasse mais entourée d''antennes GSM et dans l''axe d''atterrissage de l''aéroport donc 1 avion toutes les 10 minutes matin et soir. Sinon appartement propre."
