Very comfy and clean room. The staff is nice too. Wifi was fast. Nice views. The 24 hour store downstairs is convenient. Bed is huge. Only complaint is most of the gym equipment is partially broken.

Let's start with the positives: The room was spacious, the aircon was powerful, the balcony had good views of Christ the redeemer, and the location is relatively close to a supermarket (rare in Brazil), and a metro station. The online staff are responsive and take the initiative to contact you to get the online check-in sorted.
The negatives: The concierge staff are unhelpful and seem disinterested in their jobs, the rooms are very outdated and worn down, the toilet amenities are prone to breaking down. The bidet in my room was leaking, the toilet flush was broken which I had to get maintenance to come and fix, and the shower did not have cold water forcing me to have some very very very hot showers.
Overall, while I appreciate the responsive of the online staff, this accommodation is in serious need of an upgrade.
