It was nice, clean and had private parking. It had everything we needed. The area is beautiful surrounded by nature, sheep etc. It is in a quiet area but if you take a short drive there are many places to go to for shopping, tearooms, pubs, gardens, Goodwood tracks etc. There is a pub close by (need a car) called Castle Inn Rowlands Castle it has beautiful food at reasonable prices. A short drive away there is also another Pub called Selsey Arms and a Chinese takeaway called No11 Chinese in Chichister. They all serve gluten free food for coeliacs.

The location was lovely. There was plenty of parking and a nice patio area.
The property was poorly equipped. The details advised toiletries were included but this was limited to Tesco Essentials shampoo and Aldi shower gel. There was no hair conditioner. There was no milk, cooking oil, tea towels, or baking trays and only the very basics were provided. There were no spare pillows, towels, blankets etc. The layout is awkward - the bathroom is an ensuite and the sofa bed is in the lounge/kitchen so whoever is on the sofa bed can't use the bathroom at night without disturbing the guests in the bedroom and the guests in the bedroom can't use the lounge in the morning unless they disturb the guests on the sofa bed. The sofa bed is small and only suitable for one adult. The property is best suited for a couple.
