About this cottage rental
The Annexe is a lovely beach themed living space with spacious upstairs double bedroom and smaller downstairs living space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchenette area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with your own separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK on request! We provide a microwave (and 2 ring worktop cooker if required).
We are close to Southend Barns, the beaches at West Wittering and East Head, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage on request.
The Annexe is ideal for either 1 or 2 adults (sleeping in upstairs double bed bedroom) or adult(s) with up to 2 children (sleeping in single beds downstairs). If 2 couples book and the second couple want to use the downstairs single beds, that's also fine although the bathroom can only be accessed through the downstairs living area where the single beds are. (The Annexe is quite small for 4 adults.) When not in use, the 2nd single bed slides under the first to form a day bed/sofa. In the kitchenette, there is a sink, mini fridge and a microwave. Please note there is no door between the upstairs and downstairs areas, just a staircase.
Guest access
The Annexe has its own separate front door accessed from the drive and independent of our house. Use of front garden for well behaved children and pets! There is plenty of parking on the drive for 2 guest cars.

We found the Annexe to be very comfortable and well-appointed, with immediate essentials provided in the kitchen. The Annexe was conveniently located for our brief stay in the area, and we particularly enjoyed walking into Chichester alongside the canal which is very close by. Communication was great and we felt very welcome. Thank you.

Lovely self-contained pet-friendly annex with everything we needed during our stay. The bathroom is snug and the sink very small but we managed just fine. The hosts were very friendly and helpful although we only saw them once briefly! Various off lead dog walks from the door and a lovely canal walk to Chichester.

Welcoming host on arrival gave us tips where to visit, accommodation very clean & a great location, gorgeous canal walks and a short car journey a the stunning west Wittering beach.

Great location. Lovely decor. Small but perfectly formed. Our 2 boys loved the annexe and trips to west wittering. Thank you Julie and Andy for all of the thoughtful touches including breakfast bits.
