About this apartment rental
My accommodation is suitable for couples, families or friends, for those traveling for work, study, congress, leisure or sports. Florence is a beautiful city come and visit it!
Large, bright and panoramic apartment of 80 square meters. Exposed on three sides it is composed of entrance / corridor, lounge / TV area with balcony equipped with 2 armchairs, sofa, tables, TV and air conditioner; kitchen equipped with microwave oven, fridge, stove, dish washer and cooking utensils; bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine; double bedroom with large window with 6-door wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror, desk with TV; double room with two single beds, wardrobe and desk with TV, with balcony. The bedrooms have parquet flooring and in summer they are equipped with a fan. The balcony is large and pleasant (18sqm). NEW !! Available WiFi included in the price. On request private parking not guarded. It is necessary to agree in advance the time of check in for the delivery of the keys, please be punctual and advise in time in case of delay. Cleaning fee: you will find your apartment clean, comfortable beds, fresh sheets, towels. For long stays you will have the need for cleaning maintenance, clothesline and iron. The Municipality of Florence since 2011 applies a tourist tax for rented properties for tourist use of € 3 per person per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights, for each person over 12 years). We ask you to prepare to pay the amount due in cash at check-in, it is not included in the cost of the stay. Guests must all be registered, even children, so they are asked to provide a document for each. In winter central condominium heating from November 2nd to April 20th.
Located in the Novoli district, object of recent maintenance interventions. Cozy and comfortable area full of infrastructure. 2.5 km from Florence Peretola airport and Santa Maria Novella and Rifredi train station. 2km from the new Carabinieri school and the Military Pharmaceutical Institute.
Frequent Ataf bus passes direct lines to the historic center and the station. Bus connection also to the Careggi / Meyer hospital area.
We leave the guests free to enjoy the stay.
Nearby, at 1.5 km, the beautiful park of the Cascine, the green lung of the city to reach Ponte Vecchio on the banks of the Arno river on foot. Within walking distance shopping centers, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, pizzerias and restaurants, multiplex cinemas, gyms, universities, Palazzo di Giustizia, major banks and post office.

Vittorio and Rossella are very nice and welcoming people. The flat is large and clean. There were also all kinds of consumable products like capsules for the coffee machine, a bottle of water and skin care lotions, etc. ready for us. A tram station and a bus station as well as a supermarket are really close to the flat ( 5min by foot).What we didn't like was that the oven was broken (and probably for quite some time already), but the description still said that there was one. Furthermore, the street in front of the house is really loud. This is not a problem at day when the windows are closed, but sitting on the balcony was out of question and it was really annoying when trying to sleep. Remember to bring ear plugs for the night!

Very nice appartment, fully refurbished, close to the tram, good restaurants and shops. Walking distance from the Firenze Rocks festival, it was a perfect location for our 2 days in Firenze with our kids. Vittorio was also very helpful. I strongly recommend.

The hosts are so kind and accommodating. This is the perfect apartment for families and location. Direct tram into Florence city center is just a block away. Very close to everything you need, including grocery store and parking was a bonus! Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was clean. Close to parks for children too. Would definitely stay here again!

Appartement très propre et bien équipé . bien situé pour la visite de Florence mais les nuits sont fatigantes à cause de la chaleur et du bruit fenêtres ouvertes. La climatisation est seulement dans le séjour. Le ventilateur ne suffit pas.
un très bon accueil malgré l'heure tardive. Amis français, attention à la numérotation des adresses différente de chez nous.
